What we collect

To run Serenova for you, we collect:

  • Account info — your email address and password hash.
  • Child profile — name, age, triggers, sensory sensitivities, calming strategies, strengths, and any description you share.
  • Chat messages — your conversations with the AI assistant.
  • Behavior logs — incidents, reflections, and tags you record.
  • Voice journal transcripts — text from journal entries you create.

How we use it

One purpose only: to give you personalised AI guidance built around your specific child. That means sending your child's profile to the AI so responses are tailored, using behavior logs to spot patterns, and improving the service over time.

We never use your data to train third-party AI models.

We never sell your data

Zero exceptions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your child's information to anyone — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use AI language models from our AI provider to generate responses — your messages are sent to them only to produce a reply and are governed by their data retention policy. We do not use these services for any purpose beyond running Serenova.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of request. Email us at legalserenova.app@gmail.com.
